More Fuel

At last, advice we can all live by! Who doesn’t like the idea of increasing your food intake? However, you need to make sure that you are eating the right foods to maximise muscle growth. Ensure that you are eating small and often. And, for the love of god, don’t skip breakfast. Make sure that you are eating protein enriched foods and plenty of brown pulses. Building on muscle requires you to have maximum fuel in your body. The easiest way to do this is to maximise your energy stores. So, get eating and ensure that you are eating the right foods. Healthy fats are a must; what’s more, try to vary your calorie intake. Don’t strip your diet back too much so you can enjoy yourself and eat a small amount of calorie laden foods. Just aim to eat more of the right things at regular intervals throughout the day.

Get Lifting

Getting comfortable with dumbbells is imperative if you want to build upon your muscles. You need to ensure that you are lifting the right things. Throw a kettlebell around. Aim to do some curls. Get on the weight lifting machines and test your limits. Your muscles grow as they are stressed. So, make sure that you are working on your muscles by hitting the weight lifting equipment. Cardio is great, but weights are the key to having a ripped, toned body.

The More You Do, the Faster the Results

Adding curves means hitting the gym. A lot. Make sure that you are working different body parts on each visit. Yes, the dreaded leg day can leave you feeling like jelly, but its an excellent way of applying even definition to a slender frame. Take a look at the visual impact muscle building program for tips and hints. You need to remember that this is going to be a slow process. But, make sure that you are sticking with the gym and lifting on a regular basis. That way, you’ll have curves to die for and an ass that a Kardashian would be jealous of.

Make it Intense

Cardio is essential for health. So, don’t overlook it in your bid for muscle. Make sure that you are sprinting, running and rowing to maximise your cardiovascular workout. Of course, you need to ensure that you are warming up before you lift. So, get on the cycle or cross trainer and get your muscles soft and limber ready for an intense session on the deadlifts.
