Apothic Wine Review

homeFamilyBottles

Get ready to go on a journey, traveling back in time all the way to the 13th century Europe, to the mythical “Apotheca”, where it is said that wines were blended and stored. Serving as the inspiration for a new brand of wine, Apothic, winemaker Boyd Morrison uses only  the most distinctive California grapes to create a truly unique experience for anyone who is enjoying the wine.

What makes Apothic stand out? Without knowing it, once you crack open a bottle of red, you will be indulging in fruit flavors such as rhubarb and black cherry, while also enjoying complimentary flavours such as mocha, chocolate, brown spice, and vanilla.

My advice, pair a glass of any red with different chocolates to bring out each flavour!
