Three meals, Three snacks, eight glasses of water  and don’t forget your protein shake if you work out.  Eating Healthy is the way to go, once you have the lean list, there is no excuse to NOT eat healthier.  You may want to incorporate a minimum of two multi-vitamins into your diet as well. They say 21 days and you can break a habit however after a week, your body will feel much better and your unhealthy eating habits may no longer exist.
