With the latest Toronto weather, it seems like you have to be prepared for anything. Chilly mornings quickly turn to warm afternoons, so light layering becomes your best friend. I picked up this plaid cape from Uniqlo when I was in NYC last year and for $20 it was an obvious buy. While an all white outfit typically means danger for me, its such a casual chic look with a touch of plaid against the contrasting navy blue.
