If you want to lead a healthier lifestyle, eating a healthy diet is a must. Far too many of us who think we are healthy because we exercise regularly, aren’t because of our diets. If you eat foods that are high in bad fats, sugar and salt, then you aren’t as healthy as you think you are.

The key to being healthier is eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as whole grains, and making all your food yourself. Shop brought meals and sauces are packed full of salt and sugar and are no good for you. If you want to be healthy, you need to make as much of your food as you can, yourself.
