Summer On Ice Coffee-Cocktail Recipe
You guys already know how much I’ve been loving my Nespresso on Ice now that the weather has really started to warm up. Just recently, I attended the official Nespreso on Ice event at one of my fave Toronto spots, Lavelle, where we were taken through a delicious cocktail recipe as well as a tuna tartar recipe.
I had such a fun time preparing the Summer on Ice cocktail and an even better time tasting it. While I have never been one to think that I would like a coffee-cocktail, I just loved how this one tasted, so I wanted to share the simple but chic and delicious recipe. A little iced coffee and a good quality bourbon along with some fresh mint and you’ve got yourself the start to a delicious cocktail!
Side note: I was going to do a full recipe myself at home with my own photography, but I just couldn’t get over how gorgeous Cliq Creative’s images were from the Nespresso event, so I just had to share!

Summer on Ice
- 1 oz. Limited Edition Nespresso Leggero On Ice
- 0.5 oz. Galliano Vanilla Liquer
- 1.5 oz. Bourbon
- Mint Leaves
- Simple Syrup
- Prepare cup of Nespresso Leggero On Ice and add in Bourbon, Vanilla Liquer, Muddled Mint and Splash of Simple Syrup.
- Mix all ingredients in the cocktail shaker and then pour over ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint!
