Your Guide to Feeling Sexier
It isn’t always easy to feel “sexy”.
You know, that bombshell sexy where you almost feel incredibly powerful and indestructible? For me, that kind of sexy isn’t always a feeling that comes around effortlessly, but I’ve been making more of an effort to feel that way. Whether it’s regarding your weight that you are currently dealing with, the unclear skin that has become the bane of your existence or even troubles in your life that you are struggling with, it can be difficult to get that sassy sexy feeling back, but there are however, a few tips that I’ve been sticking to that are helping me bring that sexy back.

On my recent trip to Montreal, I had a really hectic morning sightseeing and shooting some blog content which led me back to my hotel room for some down time, just so I can get amp up to head out at night. As I switched into my wardrobe, I had this random sassy feeling, so my sister (who joined me on my trip) suggested we snap some photos. What originally started as just a “damn the lighting is just right” moment quickly stemmed into a lesson on feeling sexy. Though I have enough on my plate to keep me second guessing myself, I took advantage of my moment to appreciate the beautiful things about me, and since I know how for some it can be difficult to feel sexy 24/7, I thought I would share a few tips to help you get there!
- Embrace Everything – The Good & The Bad
I get it, embracing ever-y-thing can be tough. Especially when confidence may not come naturally, but once you embrace everything, you will begin to feel confident in yourself and in no -time you will feel sexy!
Ask anyone. A genuine smile is the sexiest thing on the planet, so start grinning! Not only will you feel sexy and confident, but you will attract positive energy and then the cycle continues. Smiling will actually make you feel happier and will then make you feel sexy af. I promise, get smiling and you will feel the difference.
- Stop Competing
With social media taking over most of our lives, its easier to feel like you’re competing with other rather than letting yourself standout and shine. As difficult as it can be, it’s crucial to stop competing with others and focus on the good in your life. It will surely make all the difference and you will be on your way to feeling like a sexy warrior princess!
- Pamper Yourself
The famous “Treat Yo Self” saying rings true. Pampering yourself is a sure fire way to feel sexy. You can start by treating yourself to a mani pedi combo or get your hair done (this always works for me) or you can even treat yourself to a fabulous meal or a spa weekend getaway!
- Get Dolled Up
I don’t know anyone who feels sexy being lazy at home while wearing a ripped up sweatpants suit, so I urge you to get dolled up. Whether you slap on some red lipstick or throw on your absolutely favourite pair of denim that makes your butt look amazing, getting dolled up will instantly make you feel sexy!
