Beauty Sleep with Philips Wake-up Light

Although we are lacking the snow, the winter season is definitely here and I am really starting to feel the effects of the lack of sun that I’m getting and the cooler weather is definitely not helping. It’s this time of year when I feel like my sleep is just not the same and exhaustion is almost 24/7.

When I was younger, I was actually known as being the early bird, but with long work hours and a busy schedule to boot, I am left feeling exhausted in the morning, no matter what time I sleep until. With the new year around the corner however, I am vowing to be healthier. I am not referring to the classic “New Year resolution”, but I am really aiming for a healthier mind, spirit and yes, weight loss as well for 2016.
