I love everything about Givenchy. I especially love saying “Givenchy”. Ten years of learning French didn’t go to waste. I can’t communicate too well with my family in France but I can perfectly enunciate Hubert de Givenchy’s last name – Mme. Mercic, my French teacher, would be so proud. 

Since my current budget doesn’t allow for having gowns from the House of Givenchy listed under my fixed expenses (although I desperately wish it did), I make up for it by indulging in their line of cosmetics and fragrances more often than I probably should.  

My most recent addition to the ever-growing collection of luxurious Givenchy products is the Healthy Glow Powder. This product does exactly what the name states. It’s not a bronzer and not a highlighter, but a light veil to help give you a gorgeous complexion.

I also got this super cute and very soft kabuki brush from Givenchy that pairs perfectly with the powder. These types of brushes are great for makeup multitasking jobs or simply sweeping across your face when your dog refuses to cuddle with you (it’s that soft…try it!)
