GOTO Event: shopAGO Holiday Trunk Shows

Guaranteed to make holiday shopping artfully easy, shopAGO at the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) specializes in unique and distinctly Canadian gifts. From home decor items and kitchen accessories to tech trends and beautiful books, shopAGO has it all and is conveniently open to the public six days a week.

Just in time for the Holiday season, guests are invited to meet the artists behind the shopAGO collection from today, November 18 – 21, 2014. The shop will host a series of trunk shows with guest retailers, featuring artisanal jewelry and delectable edibles.

TUESDAY, NOV. 18  

11:30am to 4pm:

Saxon Chocolate – Adhering to the highest standards of chocolate making, Saxon uses only pure, carefully sourced ingredients in small-batch creations for the smoothest and richest flavours.

TISHBI Wine and Fruit Preserves – A sensational combination of the finest fruits and family Estate Wines all in one jar.

Dana Henning – An artist whose sense of balance and passion for nature have found a home in her jewelry designs, Dana sculpts and creates her unique collection at her downtown Toronto studio.

 

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 19

11:30am to 4pm:

Templeton Toffee – Surrounded by quality chocolate and the finest ingredients that make them irresistible, each piece of Templeton Toffee is handmade, from the mixing and pouring to the coating and topping.

JAB Chocolate – Artisanal small batch chocolate makers focused on natural and unique flavour pairings. Exciting holiday gifts for the foodie on your list!

Clara Garcia – A Canadian company that specializes in contemporary jewelry design, XUGAMUXI was founded in Vancouver under the creative vision of Clara Garcia, a Colombian designer educated in Chicago, Leuven and Milan.

FRIDAY, NOV. 21

11:30am to 4pm:

My Favourite Fudge – Offering a total of 60 flavours, My Favourite Fudge carries a unique Canadian line of fudge, bearing names such as Canadian Shield, Algonquin Trail, Birch Bark and Chunky Chipmunk.
