As much as I love a tight dress and figure flattering pieces, sometimes I can’t help but return to my old faithfuls like my boyfriend jeans, a loose button up and a classic pair of black pumps. While this look could pass off as low-key, a striking red lip and a statement black pump is everything you need to kick this outfit up a notch.

The heels, from Young & Tae in Toronto were a custom order as I was looking for a black pump but the embossed print is sexy, dramatic and just freakin’ cool. Young & Tae happens to make incredibly comfortable footwear, so I can’t help but pair them with anything and everything.
