My Favourite Drunk Elephant Products

Incase you haven’t noticed, a lot more beauty-related content has been coming to the blog and that is no mistake. While I tend to keep my personal beauty and makeup journey more on the down low, I am becoming literally obsessed with skincare and more specifically, the products that are really working for me!

With that being said, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to share with you my thoughts on the brand, Drunk Elephant. Not going to lie, I didn’t even take this brand too seriously at the beginning and now I’m kicking myself for being so naive that a brand has to look a certain way to really work! The brand which isn’t hard to miss alongside other skincare brands, is vibrant and let’s face it, the name itself is enough to make you go, “wait, what?”

The best part though is that this brand has some amazing products that shouldn’t go unnoticed. And since my skin has been my worst enemy this winter, I’ve been holding on for dear life to the products that are making a difference.

Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil

I really love a good facial oil, and this version is currently doing it for me. I like to apply facial oil anytime I can whether its before bed mixed in with my nighttime moisturizer, or in the mornings before I apply my makeup and I literally apply it ever-y-where! The small bottle is also great for everyday use on your cuticles because as I mentioned before, this winter weather is no joke this year.

Just a few drops go a long way, but this puppy is staying with me for life!

Lala Retro Whipped Cream

While I tend to switch up my moisturizers often and I have a few that I typically alternate between, the Lala Retro Whipped Cream is a new favourite and I love the luxurious texture. It offers rich moisture but without a heavy feeling which I love during the day and the best part is that the moisture lasts all day long.

When I need a heavy dose, I use the whipped cream with the facial oil!

B-Hydra Intensive Hydration Serum

I have religiously been using the B-Hydra serum for the last month and it has become crucial in my skincare regime. Since my skin is dryer than dry this winter, this serum is a great step before my moisturizer so I can really amp up the hydration. The formulation easily penetrates your skin, without disrupting its balance, so it gives my skin all the hydration it needs when its lacking.

Shaba Complex Eye Serum

I wish I could say my under eyes aren’t an issue, but I would be a big liar, that’s why I ave included an eye serum into my skincare regime. The Shaba Complex is designed to target ine lines, wrinkles and sun damage and with its beneficial ingredients, I find that this eye serum leaves the skin around my eyes feeling refreshed, hydrated and bright – at least when I’ve had my sleep!

This is another product I like to mix with my facial oil before I go to sleep.
