1. Fast Flats are a life saver! You don’t have to get the Dr. Scholl’s brand because plenty of different types are available, but the concept, design, and price is pretty much the same. Comfy flats that can fit into almost any purse in neutral colours to match any outfit for when your feet feel the wrath of dancing in stilettos. Most sell for under $20. Available at Wal-Mart

2. SurgiWax is an awesome DIY grooming kit. It’s a great mix of threading and traditional wax, but so much better! You don’t need any strips because the wax goes on smooth and dries, leaving no sticky residue behind. The wax grips the hair and not the skin, so now matter how fast you rip it off, it removes practically every hair with minimal irritation. Downside is that it hurts, but what did you expect? 3. Soap & Glory – these super cute and clever packages contain all your bath and body needs, from soap and lotion, to firming creams, scrubs, and even make up. We’ve gone through most of the products and all we can say is this…if you want to feel fresh and squeaky clean and smell angelic, you need to get your dainty hands on their products!  Available at Shoppers Drug Mart

4. Rose Salve – this stuff is absolutely fabulous! Unlike most lip balms, you don’t have to wipe it off your fingers once you apply it to your lips because it’s also great for your cuticles, elbows, knees, and anywhere you have dry, cracked, or chapped skin. This little tin will last through 2011 and for under $6, you can’t go wrong! Available at Bath & Body Works.

5. Add a splash of colour to the often bland winter weather with Joe Fresh nail polishes. There are over 25 different shades in cute travel friendly bottles that are not only easy on your purse, but on your wallet as well, selling at Supermarkets for $4 each or 3/$10! Available at Loblaws

6. Give the gift of sexy hair with a sleek and powerful hair straightener! We love the Cortex brand tools because, well…they work – plain and simple! They also make a duo pack which includes a mini straightener that is perfect for short hair, tight curls, or bangs! You can find it for under $60. Available at Winners
